Bus: Numerous buses run on or near the boulevard: 63, 86, 87, 24, 67, 89.

Car: You'll need to park in the Boulevard Saint Germain parking lot, at number 35, which is bright and pleasant. Take the Cardinal Lemoine exit.

Metro stations: Maubert Mutualité, Cardinal-Lemoine, Jussieu.

1. Is in-store stock the same as on the website?

Store stocks are not the same as those on the website, and are not visible online.

2. How do I contact my store?

Go straight to our contact form! We'll get back to you as soon as possible.

3. How do I pay for my order?

You can pay for your order in the following ways:
- By credit card directly in one of our stores
- By bank transfer to the company's account, details of which are as follows:

Please indicate your order reference to facilitate the allocation of your transfer.

4. How soon will I receive my order? Will I be informed?

- If your products are in stock: They will be reserved for you as soon as your order is validated.
-If the products require manufacturing time: The estimated lead time is indicated on your quotation.
As soon as we receive your order, we will inform you by e-mail or telephone so that you can collect it.

5. What should I do if I want my order to be sent to me when I had opted for collection in store?

All you have to do is send us an e-mail indicating that you would like us to ship your order, and we will send you a quote for the cost of shipping.

6. When will I receive my invoice?

Your invoice will be sent once all products have been delivered or made available.

7. Do you accept product returns? How do credit notes work?

- If the products you have selected were in stock: you can return them to us within 30 days in their original box and in good condition (no scratches or knocks). We will issue a credit note valid in all our stores for 1 year.
-If the products you ordered were not in stock and were therefore made to order: unfortunately we cannot take back your products.
