Customer service - After-sales service

All orders placed on our site will be dispatched or made available to you as soon as we have received all the products. We will inform you by e-mail when it has been dispatched or made available for collection.

- If all your products are in stock: they will be shipped or made available very quickly. You will be informed by e-mail.

- If your products are not in stock: Please refer to the estimated delivery time indicated in the product data sheets or on your order form and add a few days for your parcel to reach you or to be made available for collection. We will keep you informed at every stage.

Packages are dispatched within 2 working days when all products are in stock.

Please allow 48 to 72 hours for delivery. You will receive a tracking link by e-mail to follow your parcel.

Pick-up orders are dispatched between 24 and 48 hours after confirmation of payment of your order if the products are in stock.

You will receive an email notifying you that your order has been deposited at our La Quincaillerie boutique at 7 Boulevard Saint Germain 75005 Paris. Please bring your order form with you when you visit the boutique, as you will need it to collect your order.
